Once your cancellation is confirmed, you can still use your benefits until the end of your current billing period.

If your account is suspended, it is likely that during one of these routine checks, we identified unusual activity on your account that may indicate use outside of the programme's Terms. For this reason, your account may have been temporarily suspended.

During this review period, payment transfers are temporarily disabled. To qualify for In-Store Cashback:

- Pay with your linked card: Use your physical linked card (not a digital wallet) when making your purchase — only these transactions can be tracked.
Pending:
Your transaction is being processed. Cashback is usually approved within 5 days after your purchase. Travel transactions will remain in pending status until the trip has been completed.
Approved:
Your transaction has been reviewed and approved by Complete Savings. This typically happens within 5 days of your purchase. In some cases, if the purchase did not fully meet the cashback conditions, the transaction may still be approved but with a £0 cashback amount.
Declined:
Your transaction will display as “Declined” when the purchase or reward does not meet the cashback eligibility conditions. In these cases, the cashback amount may be £0. If you return or cancel your purchase, this reversal will be highlighted in red and marked as “Approved,” showing both the initial cashback and the reversed cashback, since cashback can no longer be issued for that transaction.

Travel purchases work a little differently from regular Cashback transactions, which is why they may stay in “pending” status for longer.
To ensure your Cashback is correctly validated, we must wait for the travel retailer to confirm that:
- The booking has been paid in full, and
- Your stay or travel has been completed.
Most travel partners only validate Cashback after your trip has taken place, not at the time of booking. Once the retailer confirms the reservation and completes the validation process, your Cashback will automatically move from “Pending” to “Approved” and appear in your Amount Available.
No action is needed from you. Just keep an eye on your Earnings page — your travel Cashback will get updated as soon as the retailer completes validation.
If your travel Cashback hasn't been updated fill in Transaction Claim Form within 90 days from the end of your trip and attach your booking confirmation.

Usually, a qualifying transaction will appear as “pending” within 24 hours and move to “approved” within 5 days. If you don't see it after that, here are a few possible reasons:
- Timing delay: Some retailers take longer to confirm purchases, especially around weekends or holidays.
- Different card used: The purchase might have been made with a card that isn't the one linked to your membership.
- Refunds or cancellations: If you returned part or all of your purchase, your Cashback will be adjusted or declined.
- Retailer changes: Retailers in the In-Store Cashback programme can change frequently — so the offer may have ended or changed by the time you made your purchase.
- Unsupported payment method: Payments made using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other digital wallets can't be tracked for Cashback.
If none of these apply and your Cashback still hasn't appeared after 5 days, please fill out an In-Store Transaction Claim Form so we can investigate it for you. Upload your purchase receipt along with the last four digits of your linked card. We'll review your claim and make sure your In-Store Cashback is credited as soon as possible!

Using Multiple Cards
Whether you can use multiple Gift Cards or eGifts in a single transaction depends entirely on the retailer's policy. Some stores allow multiple cards, while others limit it to one per purchase.
If the retailer only allows one card per purchase, you can often split your shopping into separate orders to use all your cards!
For details on both the final sale policy and multiple card usage, always check the specific Terms and Conditions section on each Gift Card offer page before completing your order.

Here's how to use them:
Log in to your Complete Savings account.
Visit the Voucher Codes section to see the latest offers available.
Click “Shop now” to view the retailer's details and copy the code.
Shop as usual, then paste your code at checkout before completing your payment.
Tip: Always check the expiry date and terms of each code — some apply only to specific products or purchase values.

Always click through to the retailer's site via the Complete Savings link before shopping.
Apply the voucher code from your Complete Savings account, not from any other website.
Complete your purchase in the same browsing session, without opening new tabs or windows.
Using codes from outside Complete Savings (like public deal sites) may void your Cashback.
Visit the Voucher Codes section now — all eligible codes are clearly marked for Cashback compatibility!
Make sure the code hasn't expired — some offers are time-limited.
Check whether the retailer's specific terms apply (like minimum spend, excluded products, or online-only use).
Ensure you've copied the full code without spaces or extra characters.
Confirm that you're shopping at the correct retailer's website linked through Complete Savings.
Each retailer sets its own rules — you'll find them under “Special Terms” on the offer page.
If your code still doesn't work, try another active offer from the Voucher Codes section — new discounts are added regularly!
Just make sure your bank details are up to date on your Profile page. Without valid details, we can't send your payment, and it'll stay safely in your account balance until you update them. Add your bank details early so you never miss a payment!
You can also choose to receive your Welcome Reward to your Visa credit card instead of your bank account — it's entirely up to you. Just select this option on your Profile. Your credit card statement will show it as “Complete Savings 0800 389 6960.”
Cashback can take up to 90 days to be validated, depending on the retailer's terms. For travel-related bookings, Cashback will only be issued once the booking has been paid in full and the stay has been completed. Rewards, such as your Welcome Reward or Monthly Bonus, are usually processed within 5 working days.
Once your Cashback or Rewards are ready and you've requested a transfer, payments typically land in your bank account or credit card within 10 working days.
You can always track your progress:
- See pending and validated Cashback on your Earnings page
- Review past transfers on your Payments page
If you haven't added your bank or card details yet, don't worry — you'll just need to do that before we can send your payment.
To get your Cashback, simply go to the Payments page and click the "Transfer" button.
The money will be sent to the bank account number you listed in your Profile or the Payment method section of the Payments page.
Double-check that your bank account details are correct to avoid delays!
If you haven't registered a bank account yet, don't worry—your Cashback is safe! It will accumulate in your Amount Available on the Earnings page until you add your details.

To switch, just update your payment preferences in your Profile page or contact our Customer Service team.
Your bank details are needed to send you your regular Cashback and other Rewards.
Tip: Save time by adding both details in your Profile — it means your payments will always reach you, no matter the type.
Here's what to expect:
- When we pay you: You'll see “Webloyalty Sàrl” on your bank statement, or ��Complete Savings 0800 389 6960” on your credit card if your Welcome Reward was sent there.
- When we charge your monthly membership: You'll see “WLYCOMPLETESAVE.CO.UK”* or “CASH.COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK” — that's us!

Here are the most common quick fixes:
- Enable cookies in your browser settings.
- If you're using Safari 11 , try a different browser like Chrome or Edge.
- Turn off ad blockers — they can prevent tracking.
If your purchase hasn't appeared on your Earnings page after 5 days or if you have a travel transaction fill in the claim form within 90 days from the end of your trip, you can easily report it:
- Go to your Earnings page
- Select the Last Visited tab
- Click Submit a Missing Transaction Claim
We'll check it for you and update your account as soon as it's validated.
Make sure your browser allows cookies and disable ad blockers before shopping — this ensures your Cashback is tracked every time.
Just click Forgot Password on the sign-in page, and we'll send you a link to reset it.
Tip: Choose “Stay Logged In” next time so you don't need to enter your password every visit (avoid this on shared or public computers, though).
